“CIF is focused and specialized, so we don’t have more product lines than our staff can handle. We also don’t spread ourselves too thin …”
When you need help with something, have you ever been frustrated when you can’t get an answer from a person – much less find a person to talk to, email or chat with? This can happen when a business sells you something or provides a service, and then essentially walks out the door never to be seen or heard from again. Good luck.
At times, retail stores can provide good service. They know they are often rated by it. For some higher dollar products and services, a real measure of service is made when something significant goes wrong. Did your concern get addressed? How quickly? Was it resolved?
We like connecting
At CIF, we are not retail – we’re a step above it. We are relational and available. When you reach out via our website, we connect easily within a reasonable amount of time by phone or email. If you represent a church that aligns with our mission, we will meet your team on a video call, by phone or even in person when we are in town.
When you call us during business hours, you will talk to a human being – and one who also knows Christ. We have not eliminated those roles to save on costs, like so many have. To us, it is a joy and privilege to listen, and to answer questions.
Capacity is important, more seamless service
We have some additional advantages. CIF is focused and specialized, so we don’t have more product lines than our staff can handle. We also don’t spread ourselves too thin, and we pride ourselves on our “white glove” service. Some define this as having a premium approach to service delivery and customer support.
Changes have been made in recent years to make the overall CIF experience even more seamless. If you’re representing a church, one of our skilled Relationship Managers can help you with multiple services. This saves time, minimizes the chance for confusion, makes it easier on you and lends itself to better relationships.
Here to share our knowledge
All interactions begin with listening. What are your church’s hopes and dreams? We’re here to help and we really do want to know. Countless churches have taken our feedback and used it to their benefit, and more importantly, to benefit the greater Kingdom.
Even if your church is not yet ready to move forward on property plans, we hope you will call us before you begin. There is no such thing as too early. Our financial services are on a mission, and we couple that with top-notch service! When we say contact us with any questions, we really mean it. So take that first step and reach out. You’ll be glad you did.
Thank you in advance for taking an interest in CIF.
“Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.” Romans 13:8 (ESV) We have many discussions at CIF with churches about the use of debt, good stewardship, budgeting and the like. Sometimes we hear church leaders say they are debt averse, meaning they are uncomfortable… Continue Reading
“I can’t tell you how many times we have said to a church: here are three or four options from us you can choose from for your financial situation.” A product or service that is customized to us is most always viewed as more special, tailored (like professional clothing) and more relevant to our individual… Continue Reading
“When choosing a financial pathway, we love it when churches compare our nonprofit ministry-centered approach to our for-profit friends. This is where we believe CIF’s value rises to the top.” What is good value? That is a question many people ask when they consider a product or service, from a restaurant to real estate or… Continue Reading
